I actually believe that interns should be trained on a future careers, and not just sorting mail or coffee. I am happy that one of the greatest coders is giving interns the opportunities to show him his work, and potentially become future successors.

"You never too young to go after your dreams" that's true, when I started in the law enforcement in Dubai I was young, I was 22 years old and became an intern, my boss encouraging me to do my job the right way. Now after years of experience I became a police veteran thanks to my father, my brother and my boss for their guidance.

I guess you can say after Davis’s reviews, he got removed as CEO of his restaurant and ended up becoming the manager of an app company while his restaurant Giovanni’s got new management since it’s still open in Dhar Mann videos

As an intern myself I always seem to feel intimidated by the seniors and workers in the place where I work, and some people like Edward that can see a potential in ourselves or at least give us a chance. Edward make us feel at least comfortable and make it less worse

They actually did their homework for this one. Pretty impressive for a Dhar Mann film. It's actually fairly realistic. Just one thing that confuses me is that I noticed one of the guys on the developer team at 8:01 says he fixed a syntax error, but earlier the intern clearly states he fixed an index error at 4:51 which is a runtime error (an error that occurs when the code is running), not a syntax error which prevents the code from executing in the first place because they're detected at compile-time. Anyways, I'm just being knit-picky. Keep up the good stuff.

Im an intern right now and I gotta say, while I haven't been made to make coffee, and haven't been drilled into like the boss did to joe, I have had a few of the seniors in the place treat me like lesser when doing work for them because Im an intern for IT/Cyber security. Some people in an office tend to look down on IT, as they believe the work they're doing is more important, and that IT serves THEM when something is wrong. They dont realize without IT the place wouldn't function, as there are literally issues every single day. Being that im also an intern (yet have some self taught knowledge that allowed me to work on some of the minor tickets) a couple of the people I did work for were ignorant and rude, however at the end of the day, I had a job to do and those people were not my boss. My supervisor is an awesome dude and Im glad to have someone like him and not the asshole in this video lol (I know its acting im just saying)

THAT WAS THE BEST ENDING EVER! The fact that that CEO gets rejected for his offer is AMAZING karma, and then a guy JUST LIKE JOE steps in makes it even better!!! All these actors should continue acting, they were all SO amazing!!!

i really liked this sketch, probably my favorite of all of dhar manns. i think it was less predictable than a lot of the earlier ones were, plus i think the acting was pretty good

They did a HUGE money mistake there. The job he’s supposed to do as an intern could be $10-15 per hour. What he wants to help as an intern for free is usually $50-$100 per hour. The math on that gives me a headache on what he missed out on.

I think at some level, we are all underestimated for being inexperienced noobs. Ageism needs to stop for all age groups: if an older worker isn't performing well, that's one thing, but he/she should still have a chance to work if desired. Likewise, younger employees are excited to continue to learn and grow, and several employers constantly miss out on great hires because of unnecessary prejudice.
