Lived in the UK my whole life and I've never seen one of those bacon wrapped things. They should've done pigs in blankets (bacon wrapped sausage). Also a bacon baguette feels more British...but 🤷🏻♀️

The fact that Link of all people made a street fighter reference and the move just made this episode all the more better and made my day. I've been away from this channel for a few months, but the fact that Link, 1. knows what the Hadoken is and 2. Did the move correctly while shouting it, just made me smile. As someone from Germany, I have never ever heard of "Speckplätzchen". They're definitely not traditional christmas cookies. :D According to Google, they may however be a thing in Tirol (Austria/Italy).

I really got addicted to you guys when discovering and binging your old season 1 and 2. It was super informative and interesting. I kinda miss that type of general discussion show, where I could learn interesting things. I'm still super entertained by "new" content, though.

As someone who had lived in the UK my whole life… I’m pretty sure in this episode.. the UK’s & Spain’s food where swapped. I have never seen or heard of an oyster wrapped in bacon, however a bacon baguette is nearly a daily breakfast/ lunch ritual

Love to the whole GMM team ❤❤❤ As German I can say, I never even heard of an Speckplätzchen. It's not a tradional thing here. A common Christmas tradition in Germany would be a rich Christmas lunch/dinner on each Christmas day. What's served on each meal or day varies a bit with most families. At my family we eat homemade potato salad with wiener on Christmas Eve, which we prepare togehter. The first Christmas day we eat oven-fresh goose/duck with homemade cabbage and brussel sprouts and potato dumplings/ boiled potatos for lunch. Each year I'm looking forward for our food that we are going to share as family. It's so damn delicious.

I love the intro clip! I remember so many of those moments, even the moments of fear that the guys, the crew, or the feeling I had of the show would change! It has changed, it has gotten so much better and they keep surprising me with how much I love them all! I still go back and watch the "Not Michael Puffty" episode. I started watching when I was in middle school. Somewhere between 2012-2013. I remember I would hide my ipod in my backpack and watch the gmm episodes after school while waiting for my parents. I made my closest friends because I emulated the attitudes of Rhett and link. Ofc the most extreme they got for a while was eating bugs during a game of war. I missed a couple months of gmm during the pandemic but I’m catching up again :D

@@KomaValorina I agree but in my case I have family literally all over the country, so there‘s pretty much no corner I haven‘t experienced….and Germany is not that big anyways. Pretty much every destination can be a day-trip if you‘re living pretty central.

People ask me all the time why I watch “those weird guys on KZfaq” and I think the answer is that this has always been a space that is the definition of “good, clean, fun” and it feels like family.
