I think the creator of the content doesn't really respect Singapore culture food . We don't even get to see the food . And of all they choose a black bowl. May I know is for the viewer to see or for the creator to know and audiences to guess what's it look like. I think the creator just choose dishes for the reaction -.-" than really introduce Singapore dishes so two thumb down

+bu di Javanese, Buginese, Minangkabau, and Banjarese are some of the ethnic groups of Indonesia that migrated to Malay Peninsula long ago even before colonial rule. There are a lot of Malay people with Javanese ancestry in Johor and Minangkabau ancestry in Negeri Sembilan. I am Malay living in Pahang and I might have a Buginese ancestry back in the 16th century.
@thunderhunter1992
@thunderhunter1992 9 жыл бұрын
+bu di So, they brought along their culture to Malay peninsula. That's why we have batik, rendang, and wayang kulit.
@thunderhunter1992
@thunderhunter1992 8 жыл бұрын
+Fyfhfr 1088 At least we are more famous and influential than you. Why do you think it's called Malay Archipelago and not Javanese Archipelago? Precolonially, traders in Malay Archipelago used Malay language to trade goods and spices. No Malay, no trade. Plus, the language that you are speaking which is Bahasa Indonesia is derived from Malay language. If you really hate Malay, then speak Malay then.

And the Korean girl took so long to figure out how to eat the half-boiled egg was cute too but least she got it right in the end. Almost half of the food that made Singapore is famous for are of Malay/Indonesian origin. But, Malay population is only at 14%. If almost half of the food that made Singapore is famous for are actually of Chinese origin, I would not mind because more than half of Singapore's population are Chinese.

Perhaps, he might also thought that Singapore likes to 'stole' its neighbour's food because Singapore is poor in culture. So, he was bragging about how bad Singapore is in terms of culture and history. But, you bragged about how bad Indonesia is in terms of politic, development and social welfare. So, both of you are equally 'stupid' and scumbag but you are extremely arrogant and cocky.
