Those gigantic fountains cake are like a mix, usually 40-60 1.2" shots mixed with continuous high fountain that goes around for 3 minutes. The fountain itself is not the most impressive part, but the packaging is lol.

i enjoy comparing the color schemes and palettes on cake wraps used in different countries.. china, orange, red, yellow, pink, gold. europe, black, yellow, white. usa, all color combinations most popular red white blue.

I have tons of random footage, but everything in this video was actually meant for mainland China. All of the manufacturing and importing are whole other areas.

I would've loved to see some more of the actual products that they have. I've basically seen nothing but two or three items being shown here. Would've been nice if you had gone through a whole store and showed everything that they got.

Is there any way to buy these items and light them off somewhere locally? Do they restrict the size of items at retail in China? Knowing I'd never see these items in the U.S., could you go over there and just buy it and light it locally?

I've been wanting to start a OL brand called "Dirty Sanchez Brand" with all the names of cakes kinda adult themed. Like the 100shot Reach Around, or the Half&Half Fountain that ends in Salutes. Oh and can't forget the Mega Overloaded Firecrackers called "Pimp Slap"😂🤣😂.

Joel, do you know how many units you have to buy for them to wrap their product using your logo? Once upon a time it was 500 cases per item.

That is a great question. I thought someone told me recently like 200 cases, but that could also depend on the factory.

Came back to watch this upload 4 years later and I still can't believe you didn't ask for the people who don't know, how or if you can buy any of those fireworks. Like if the stores are just a place to browse and choose what you want, then they put in an order for you? Or is it none of those things.

Yep, Nov '19. I don't think we are even allowed to go there currently. Which is sad because I was looking to make a return trip this year.

I originally planned to go to Liuyang in the summer vacation and visit a daytime cake factory, blasting off fireworks on Jingtan, and do some 8" shell for only 18$ each!!! (Converting from CNY to Dollars). Unlucky it's cancelled or maybe extended to next year. If I luckily meet you in Liuyang it must be super fun, I can do translation for you ^-^

I guess it was mixed. But yeah it's like advertising packaging of fireworks or something. I didn't quite get it either since there were tons of stores that looked the same. Cool regardless!

That's a great question. I don't know about all year, but I know the Chinese New Year holiday that is coming up in February is always a big time for them to do fireworks

Living in nearby Liuyang would actually be a lot of fun. Each day for two hours, factories go out to this test site and launch product.

So clearly those are items that would never make it to the U.S. Having watched tons of videos on fireworks form different regions, WHO is the market for these large items? Display class wouldn't bother with the retail wrapping.
