I just noticed that they used inverted images for Antigua and Barbuda and Haiti. Meaning that the image shown for Antigua and Barbuda is actually the Haiti one and vice-versa.

Nah I doubt the mythical kitchen made this because pickled things are time consuming to make, unless they planned really far ahead. Pickling is a process. I'd be willing to wager that they actually amazoned these things.

Pickling is such a diverse art. I've had sauerkraut that was pickled without vinegar because it was fermented on its own in aged barrels with only salt, it's own internal juices becoming the vinegar. That stuff was incredible. Best sauerkraut I ever had. I also regularly buy a number of pickled products from Mezzetta, including banana pepper rings and giardiniera vegetable mix.

As a guy from Belize I can confirm we do make pickled habanero sauces like that but they're typically just sliced habanero, onions, and vinegar.
