So how about the struggles of local students, given that there are increasing slots in local universities being allocated to foreign students with scholarships to finance their studies in Singapore? How about the struggles of local Singapore fresh graduates who struggle to find a job given the intense competition from the influx of foreigners looking to find a job in Singapore? How about the struggles of a typical Singaporean coping with higher costs of living whilst being squeezed amid the intense job market faced as the government grants more PRs?

I feel that these international student head the money to rent a luxury condo apartment here in singapore. It is just that they do not want to spend so much money in rental alone.

Singapore universities mainly cater to the needs of foreign students, they should try to get their universities to help them out.

The Singaporean government ought to levy penalties on homeowners who cause room home rentals to become unreasonably expensive and unfeasible.

Non-racist way to limit Chinese 🇨🇳 immigrants is to check for national security risks. - For visa students: higher English requirements. Many countries are now starting to apply these.

Nothing wrong with charging foreigners higher and higher rentals at every renewal, first they are enjoying what local residents build and contribute over their lifetime, especially the safety. Second, these foreigners don't serve any NS or reservists. Lastly, local residents have to provide for their own retirement funds, and it is not as if the SG ruling party are helping. SG ruling party immigration policy has caused massive damage to SG resident's livelihood over the last 2 decades. If these foreigners are unhappy, not satisfied or cannot afford it, they can pack up and leave, don't need to whine and refuse to leave. Note: Volunteer (new citizen & PR) corp is not considered as NS, these volunteers should do community service at old folks homes, or supplement the manpower in some of the caregiver organisation if they are sincere.
