Hes just an arrogant fool. If you speak confidently then stupid people would believe it. I'm not even going to entertain the idea he knows what he was talking about. If he was truly smart, he wouldn't be in the position he was in. Saying limited supply = high price is basically referencing the law of Supply and Demand but completely ignoring the Demand side. I think he's smart enough to know that much but he wasn't smart enough to forgo short term gain for long term stability. Making 10000% annual returns for 0.1 seconds and then going broke isn't very smart.

Some people start believing their own lies. They subscribe to the idea that "if you repeat the like enough, it becomes the truth". That hasn't worked in history ever. Maybe for a short term but eventually people get uninterested and they will look back and clearly see through the lies. I'm not even talking about seeing through narratives far into the future in a historical analysis. I'm talking about even 6 months in the future. Or closer to 6 weeks.

I work in IT for a really big company with a very corporate culture and this dude's entire personality seems defined by this weird corporate "never criticize, highlight opportunities" mindset. I'm pretty sure that's why he feels justified in what he's doing, because in his mind, getting openly criticized instead of gently reminded of what he SHOULD be doing is a horrible offense on par with or worse than false copyright strikes. It's truly bizarre to see 2010s/2020s corporate tech culture basically made manifest in a human being like this, but he also clearly thinks the rest of the world has to abide by these arbitrary norms and tries to use that as a shield to justify outright swindling people out of their money and harassing/doxxing people. What a piece of shit.

If could sample his videos to just a hundred, maybe the first 5 did great. But then from 6-100 it goes progressively worse and worse. He used to give boring but seemingly responsible adult advice (e.g. don't put all your eggs in one basket), but then when he started to shill products and shitcoins and somehow I got the impression that he's somewhat got off the rails. I think his schtick sarcastic videos started good (not great), and it wore off pretty quickly and the he was probably struggling for ways to monetize his KZfaq and kind of gave up somewhere and took the shill pill.

For context, it was a franchised Starbucks location, and I'm trans and don't pass, so I was the most obvious diversity hire there. But to go with essential oils: you need to dilute them, not diluting your essential oils is B A D, generally for the same reason EATING the essential oil is bad, too: it's too concentrated and you're gonna get too much of something or other absorbed if you don't know EXACTLY how much of various compounds are in the essential oils and what ratio it's diluted to and how much you're absorbing. So basically if you're not willing to sit in an office for 8 hours a day drawing on a whiteboard and just telling others what to code like he did at Google to become a millionaire, then theres no point in doing coding/software and you should give up. What a sour person.

I was very careful to remain anonymous (only my voice with my commentary was publicly shared - never my face - and of courseI never provided any identifiable details about myself). I can’t believe how easy it would be for a stalker to find out exactly who I was and where I lived by simply making a copyright claim against my channel. That’s legit terrifying. I don’t have any doubts that very tragic/violent incidents have already come from the abuse of this system, and it’s simply not being openly reported about. We are kept from so much knowledge/news.

FAANG tech interviewer here: I really like the Udemy courses on coding interviews. They go over how these coding interviews are usually structured, best practices for having a favorable outcome, and what data structures and algorithms you should understand to be successful, and they usually explain how each one works and *why* they work for solving certain problems. If you keep these things in mind when going into a coding interview, you will almost certainly get through. The reason why they never go over the exact questions is because #1: it sorta invalidates the nature of the interview if you already know the answer, plus then you'll focus more on having the "right answer" than understanding "why" an answer works (the latter gives more valuable data to the interviewer - anyone can regurgitate an answer, but can you internalize and understand solutions), and #2: When companies find out that they're questions are online, they go out of rotation, meaning a course that goes over how to solve certain kinds of problems, and understanding principals will need to be updated a lot less than a course that tries to solve specific problems.

Forget about 30 years - I’ve never even heard of this guy until seeing this video. He’s not even famous in modern day.

It's a relief that his wife was able to divorce him and bring the child away from what must have been a very toxic family environment. Guy's literally narcistic to the point where it came out like sartires even though it wasn't. And he's like gaslighting the viewers in each of the response videos.
