Don't cheat yourself DO THE WORK. This is terrible advise I'm sorry. Basically you're saying half ass learning the core language. Which will make it take twice as long to pick up the framework, which you won't fully understand cuz you half assed learning the core language. Use janky dog sh*t code from AI again half assing it, to build crappy websites. Any real developer or someone who really knows there stuff will say. Really learn and develop a deep understanding or the core language in this case JS. While practicing and building small projects (this will also make it easier to learn new languages in the future which you will have to). Then move on to frameworks which will be easy to pick up cuz you actually know the core language. Then put them all together build full fledge projects (MERN, SERN, PERN) then you have actual projects and other small projects to display on your portfolio.
