Interstate 94 Near Miss

I can see in the video now that they put on their blinker just before they tried to merge. Guess I should have been watching closer. Fortunately there wasn't any contact. They pulled off at the next exit, so not sure if they were in a hurry or what.
This happened near Albertville Minnesota going eastbound.
This is dashcam footage from my Arpha B25 5K Dash Cam that is installed in my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant.

Yes, you may use my video. This happened on eastbound interstate 94 near Albertville MN. I was on my way to work and I must have been in this person's blind spot and they didn't see me.
