I missed so much my 18 years old sister that I haven t seen in 5 years. Listening to this , I imagined her innocent smile and the joy of reunion . But the next two days, I learned she reunited with angels in Paradise. I miss her so much! May she rest in peace !

God is Great

This is different when you spend your entire childhood and teenage years daydreaming about people who don't even exist or things you'll never have or become. Now that I am an adult, I find it very difficult to find happiness outside of my dream world. It's hard to move on, it's always there, right in my head. It was like an addiction and my only source of solace. I didn't see a future for myself so I just hid in myself. I should have known better but I can't afford better haha. If you're in a similar situation, know that it doesn't make you useless or worthless. You are still a good person, capable of doing so many great things, and you can still be happy.

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. I'm a warrior. This generation, as all before, is tough and brutal. If I want to survive, I have to adapt or to find out a solution. As the time goes by, my smile is less usual and I am more unconfident to people. Some people have hurt me because they were mean. I am much better now, but I know they are waiting for me to fall down, to mock me. It's hard, but I'll keep doing my best! I am just 22 years old, and I have met msny naysayers in my life. I have proved them wrong many times, but they keep showing up. I won't give up!

for someone reading this, maybe myself from the future. remember that bad days happen and sometime you can do nothing to stop them. if someone says that everything will be alright, its not true. you don't know what will come next but you can decide what to do now, for your own good. people come and go, its fine. you lost some people you loved, but it happens to everyone, you're not alone, you just feel like this because you feel betrayed by others. i'm sorry they used you and used your compassion, your love and your emotions. maybe you'll never trust again when they say they care about you, but trust yourself. trust your will to live and your boundaries. we're too many people in this world, i know, but trust me when i say that someone will miss you. even a stranger. i check time to time the news about people that committed suicide and i cry so much that i fall asleep. if you cant find a reason to live for yourself, try to take care about something else like a little plant or an animal. see how much they grow up because *you* took care of them, no other people. probably you're going to have a bad day tomorrow, but its just a day, you'll have more of them to make up. we live in a time when we find difficult to even get up from the bed to go to eat, so i'm not surprised that you feel like this now. but as the moon goes away, there will be the sun again. when you feel like staying in the bed, force yourself to get up from that and just go out, even for ten minutes. you feel alone just because you see your own point of view when you know its not the only one. just wait for the sun, it will come.
