Note: Some of the idents shown in this video are from InterTV themselves, but their Serra Mar affiliate might have used those idents too.
Information was collected from Vinetando's ident history of the same network, Logopedia, and CLG Wiki (Miraheze), and every capture is from KZfaq.
InterTV Serra Mar is a Brazilian TV station located in Nova Friburgo and is a TV Globo affiliate. Founded on 1st May 1990, it has been owned by InterTV since 2004.
My next logo history will be on CBS.

Neat video Jonty, I never heard of InterTV Serra+Mar until I watched this video. Watching Brazilian idents make me cheerful because of the groovy music that matches the visuals of the idents, and Serra Mar nails that format here. Their idents look epic, and the step-up in motion graphics from the first (1990-92) and second idents (1992-95) surprised me. Their idents from the 90s are brilliant, and my favourite idents from this station are the third (1995-98, reminds me of Dolphin Productions), fourth (1998-2002) and second InterTV Serra+Mar (2006-15) idents. Looking forward to your video on CBS! :-)

Thanks, mate! I had lots of fun making this, and I agree with your comments! Brazilian idents truly are interesting and have made me think of traveling to Brazil. I decided to do an ident history on this since their idents are usually quite obscure (with the memorable one being the 2004-06 ident). The step-up in motion graphics was interesting indeed. And despite the station not having top-notch graphics, they don't have to be, because they're still welcoming to residents in Nova Friburgo especially the 2002-2004 variant with the singing. Glad you're looking forward to my ident history on CBS. Been wanting to do that for a while after watching you and Connor's take on CBS. I'll also be looking forward to your secret video.

On this ident at 2:33, the CGI animation would be good for the 1980s or the 1990s, but for 2004-2006, the animation looks _dated._

Maybe they didn't have enough money for advanced software at the time. Sort of reminds me of the Rede Globo idents from the late 1980s and early 1990s.
