Got up at 2am in New Zealand to watch the game so, as a Notts County fan you can imagine how my day was. Still Wrexham are a great team and the respect is obviously mutual. Shame we both cant go up directly. Now for the playoffs and another sleepless night. Bugger.

You wouldn't think he'd just come out of retirement with the speed he got down to that pen. It was well struck and an amazing save. Well played Notts County, you pushed us all the way.

As a West Brom fan I can tell Wrexham fans that Foster is a totally genuine character...His performances for us in the EPL were superb but he was also a fantastic representative for the club and always put himself out to attend club functions and get involved with the community side of the job. Pleased to see him able to perform at this level and hope he gets a chance to play another season in the FL next year..

As a neutral this was really fantastic to watch. What a game!! Firstly Ben Foster is so down to earth and approachable. I feel a lot of modern day players lack character and charisma being so protected by wealth and to a certain degree reality. Ben is proof that one can play at the highest level of sport and still be “a real person”. Another chapter in an already superb career. An injury time penalty save just to add to the drama!! Secondly Wrexham are a breath of fresh air, rejuvenated and playing in such an exciting manner.
