Brenda Crichlow is an absolutely wonderful woman, and while I respect her as an actor, I admire her that much more as a human being. She also did Karma in League of Legends recently, and I don't even know why, but my respect for her skyrocketed for that one.

I also realized what it is that I love about Brenda's voice. Like Nicole Oliver's voice (Princess Celestia), her voice is so full of warmth, confidence and support. Listening to Celestia and Zecora talk is sort of like getting a warm, verbal hug. I just feel so *happy* when I listen to them! :)

This would make a great podcast

What a lovely woman. To all the organizers of the next Cons, I think I can safely say that we all expect you guys to invite her to all the upcoming events, asap. I'm looking forward to see her join the rest of the cast in a con!

Zecora is by far my favorite character on the show.

That register drop at around the 7 minute mark into full Zecora mode is pretty amazing. Great VA. The short explanation of the evolution of the voice was definitely interesting.

Danielle did the old Karma, Brenda the remade one - if I am not gravely mistaken. But I daresay Brenda's voice is so unique that it's hard to confuse her for someone else... and there really was a lot of Zecora in the way she spoke her mantras.

Crichlow is such a wonderful woman and such a talented actor! I was absolutely thrilled when I found out that she did a voice for League of Legends - she doesn't usually do games, after all.

Zecora is my favourite character, she has been my desktop background for whole year now. Now she may be replaced by Mrs. Crichlow herself.

I'm glad Final Draft has kind of become the Brony's voice with these people, he does a really great job interviewing the actors and writers invovled and lends a legitimacy and profesionalizim we all can appreciate. I liek that he has been at several conventions running the panals. I've seen his interview's from EqustraLA and Bronycon, and here on the Everfree network. I've heard how unprofessional or poorly run some of the panals where at other cons. Thank you.

Considering her stripes seem to leave that area blank as if it was reserved for that symbol, and that the color of the symbol matches her stripes, it seems it is somthing that is natural to her body. Now whether it works under the same mechanics as cutie marks or if it follows it's own rules i dunno. Though considering it does appear to be some sort of symbol and not just a natural pattern, it does seem more likely it at least got some relation to pony cutie marks.

There was that little uproar in the early times about Celestia, the supreme ruler, being white and about the ratio and jobs of dark furred ponies and things like that; but has there been any similar accusations of racism regarding the fact the "token" zebra character got the only dark skinned VA in the show?

Zecora is ONLY zebra. Lol. Unless you count the dead zebra's skull we saw at the beginning of "Magic Duel."

I'm still hoping for a Zecora episode, to get some background infos. We know nothing about her.
