i really liked that they see the big picture like not just tech skills problem solving skills but also personality and this is crucial

It was a nice conversation, i like to much because he was so genuine person and of course never give up. I have the same situation but in a role as a recluiter, my english is not so good, but i get a job because i never give up.

This should be titled "A Sit Down with a Computer Systems Analyst". I was expecting a job interview.
