dust from locust wings is nasty. Like most insect farms, the frass also gets in the air and can cause major respiratory issues. Locusts wings are a next level addition so best practice is wear a mask.

70% protein ha - maybe if dry mate. The internet should really stop talking insects up - they are naturally great there is no need to mislead. A bit like when people compare fresh chicken or beef to dried insects. Just misleading. Compare dry beef if you must. Otherwise nice work. From Matt
