I don't blame Mossab for going the way he has gone after all the dark things he had experienced in his life. I wish him healing and peace. I just wish someday he'd see the light and return to Christianity. All of the wisdom that he speaks of and shared in this video all can be found in Christianity. The one difference is that Christianity does not tell you to pull yourself away from society. It gives you the strength, wisdom and patience to be among people. Christianity teaches that your life had purpose, not purposeless. You can find peace in not having purpose only for so long. The lasting peace is found in hope; a hope that only Jesus gives. No Eastern religion or philosophy can give you this 😊

Mosab is such a fascinating and handsome man. I can relate to his spiritual journey. Although a non Jew I arrived to love Jewish people I met in my life which inspired me to explore their culture and religion. Growing up in atheist rigid communist culture, I always sought connection with something deeper. Christianity and Islam didn't attract me but different paths of Buddhism interested me. My heart arrived in modern Judaism and it's my way how I connect with God. But it's important to understand other views as well to see the similarities. I have been following Mosab for some time and I cannot comprehend how brave and strong this man is. So heavily traumatized, with obvious PTSD triggers within some past interviews...it's remarkable how he transformed and found such peace and wisdom. Kabbalists also use breathing exercises and meditation in their practice. Deepak Chopra and Leibl Wolf found so many interconnections within Buddhist spiritual and kabbalistic practice. Old Jewish saying claims we are not responsible for our trauma and suffering but definitely for our healing . So not to spread and transfer the toxicity of the past we gained from those who hurt us. Compassion is the only answer as wounded people often wound others. Especially when they deny their responsibility for their own recovery. Kabbalah believes in fixing this world, being active in fighting for justice and peace. But without self-healing we cannot fulfill our purpose and become the role model. As it's more about being than on preaching how to be. Desire itself isn't the problem. But the point is the self-less intention. We cannot live without will. Even not wanting to want is an actual will and choice. The biggest challenge is to moderate our desires so they serve beyond self-indulgence. We have a purpose to grow. Always.
