A big salute to Air Commodore Sajad Haider Sahab from me a true patriotic Indian who wants peace b/w both nations which is currently in tatters. War is no solution to any problem brave men on both sides died in both 1965 and 1971 with no outcome. Even if we defeated Pakistan in 1971 and liberated Bangladesh but at what cost? Traitor Congress had betrayed India more than the animosity and hostility of my Pakistani brothers and sisters. To all Pakistanis i don't hate you and those i defend i do not love. But as as an Indian it is my duty to serve my country as a patriotic civilian. Currently both Indian and Pakistani soldiers are killing each other on the border and this must stop!

In 1965 Indo-Pak war as a very young member of PAF, I saw intense air war over the the sky of Sargodha and felt much of its heat, when a bomb just fell about 50 yards in front of us when we took shelter in a trench at striking zone of our airbase. I feel that the pilots of the both the countries were brave and professional, but Pakistan had quality aircraft and India in numbers.

You are good brave soldier and good man not only your country men but Indian respect you 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dear I will contradict with you, at that time Indian Airforce had finest aircraft like Hunters and others, in my point of view Indian military at that time undermined IAF, resulting failure, where as in 1971 they performed relatively well. What will be in future war, that will be an interesting thing to experience because that will be the test of intelligence and command not the machines.

That's a common misconception. The PAF had F-86 Sabres as most of its fleet which were pretty much near obsolescence at that time (The first flight of the F-86 was in 1947). There were 2 squadrons of F-104s which were the tip of the spear however they were ill-suited to the region given that they were made to intercept soviet bombers at high altitudes. So technically, India had superior aircraft and numbers. The only thing lacking probably was the availability of A2A missiles on the Indian side.

I wish Indian Air Force personnel too came out with absolute truth on Feb 26-27 2019 conflict and what happened without lying about it. Pakistan's story is absolute truth on it, although some have lied here too that Abhinondone was brought down by the JF17 when the fact is that both AMRAAMS had been fired by F16s not that it mattered because both kills were made BVR.

Yes as an Indian you will say that, but fact remain the same. Kashmir is our and it must be liberated. You stole that from us. Maybe the strategy of the leadership was wrong but intentions were good. We still intend to take it back. Sooner or latter we shall. We must keep at it till we reach our destination.
@pkshome1236 жыл бұрын
+Tariq Choudry - Sir, AIR COMMODORE SAJAD HAIDER is an officer respected by it's enemy too!! But, keep trying and trying to get Kashmir, as failure is the first, second, third & fourth (Kargil war) steps of success. But did you see the effect that all those wars on Pakistan? It never put any dent on India but a well groomed Pakistan at 1965 (eating better and clothing better than an average Indian in those days) became slowly slowly a pauper country in 2018 and India is on the way to become a next super power!! I will quote from Rudyard Kipping's famous book 'a man who would be king', "You call it luck. I call it destiny"!!! Who knows what is the destination left for Pakistan? Have a nice day.
