I stayed in one of her houses in Naples, Italy. I spent time with the poorest of the poor and saw how they served. They fast to make sure everyone else can eat. They feed, clothe, bathe, and make comfortable total strangers off the street who are dying in gutters. I spent time with a man dying of TB and they did everything they could to make him comfortable. No one else did anything for this man for years until he found them.

This is an ultimate example of how a human should be. The love and compassion from this wonderful human being should be an inspiration to all of us. GOD bless her soul. That the sorrow she had throughout her life is now to be rewarded in the after life, for those who humble themselves on earth are lifted up in heaven. And the who exalt themselves are lowerd in heaven. She humbled herself.

She did,it was you that could not see it Not just glitter, she glowed with love for humanity Saint Teresa's commitment to the poorest of the poor was unparalleled. The people Mother Teresa cared for in her home for the dieing, were the unwanted ones, people literally born on the street, lived their lives on the street, begging food to survive, and collected like rubbish at the end of their lives. She showed compassion and love to the humblest of humanity. She treated all as if they were Christ.

There are times that we don't always do what is right...Abortion can be prevented, you can have your unwanted chid adopted. She is simply saying that child is love created in the image of God. How did Mother Teresa deal with the type 1 sociopaths among us? She loved them anyway... but with strong boundaries. The type 1 sociopaths are people who have no conscience- they cannot feel love, empathy, remorse, or empathy. They can be your mean boss, belittling teacher, gossiping and divisive family member, religious leader who crosses boundaries, and religious person who uses religion as a weapon. They blame everyone but themselves and love power roles such as teachers, preachers, therapists, lawyers, etc. They love roles they have assumed trust- we assume because they are a police officer (for example)- that they have integrity and are safe. When we know the traits of the type 1 sociopath, we become wise as serpents. We can still love them and pray for them- but our boundaries will be strong as steel and we will no longer allow them to guilt us or manipulate us into doing things we don't want to- They are based in power and control and secretly love to sabotage, discredit, and hurt others. They prey on Christ followers and anyone who loves, gives, forgives, etc. With this video, women shouldn't be so blamed for abortion. I know men who have manipulated women not to use condoms, and then when she got pregnant, they told these women they won't support them. Had they supported these women, the women would have kept these babies. These guys are hugely co-responsible for the death of many of these babies. But women have to know the traits of type 1 sociopaths and sociopaths- as these are the kind of men who use, abuse, and confuse women. You see the traits everywhere! Great video with Mother Teresa! Thank you for sharing!

Those entrusted to her care were not even diagnosed, and died from treatable diseases. She thought human suffering was beautiful and brought people closer to understanding the suffering of Jesus, but she always chose advanced medical treatment for herself over personal suffering. She took in millions of dollars to build a teaching hospital but in reality she never sent people in her care to the hospital even when it was free because as she said, “If I do for one I have to do for all.”

People think that the "Catholic Church" is like a huge corporate entity. It is not. The diocese don't own the parishes, the Vatican doesn't own the diocese, etc. Most of the wealth of the Church is bound up with Medieval and Renaissance art, of which there are various Catholic non-profit organizations that maintain these works, like the Vatican Museum, and such. I mean, in terms of land, a lot of cathedrals exist in prime real estate in downtown areas that if sold could generate income...

She is a Saint and nothing can change that. We understand Catholicism. What you don't realize is that thousands of religious all over the world commit to the same vows as Mother Teresa and her sisters. It is not a new thing, the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience have been the corner stone of Catholic religious life for sixteen hundred years or more. It is not strange to us because we understand the language of the church in a way you cannot. But I sure wish you'd try a little harder.

Everything is about believes... but if words were more important than actions, A LOT OF youtubers were proclaimed saints. I used to be a catholic... not anymore. However, I see the gigantic work this woman did (and a lot of humans beings still do)... even with doubts about her own God... the question isn't if she deserves or not being a saint but how a human being is able to reach that place in humanity by dedicating a whole life to help those who needed it without criticize those who do not.

Your conclusion based on those two verses isn't even valid. The passage in Exodus states that the child comes out but is unharmed. Yet even in that case of a premature birth not resulting in death, the attacker is to be severely fined. If anything, this shows just how valued the child in the womb is.

She did help people. Don't believe in Hitchens' propaganda against her. Her communities serve the poorest of the poor and they do so in utter solidarity with them. Just because they don't have the funds for MRI machines doesn't mean they don't serve the poor. Also, people have this weird idea that Catholics love suffering and thus want people to suffer and "offer it up". This was never a part of her philosophy of helping the poor. She had no money & what little she had she gave to her poor.

At conception the embryo (human) has it's own unique DNA and is living and growing. then it develops into a fetus (fetus is latin for little child or little one and it's still human). Then it's born, they call the human an infant at that stage (still human). then it develops into a toddler....teenager, adult (still and always human). finally, an unfertilized chicken's egg is not a chicken. a fertilized chicken egg has a chicken growing inside of it. That's SCIENCE.
