John Adams doesn't get the recognition he deserves. His role in our independence was no less substantial than the other primary founding fathers (wash, Jeff and frank).

I was already a fan of Paul Giamatti. Now I'm in the middle of watching John Adams (free of Amazon Prime), and I'm even more of a fan! Great acting...for a great (true) story.

One of my favourite actors, playing my favourite president. He is so sexy, with his scruffy beard, nerd glasses, and voice.

A Government for the People what a wonderful revelation the Government today needs to watch this documentary and REALLY let it sink in that narrow mind on the concept of a government by the people for the people

More like a government by rich land owners for rich land owners. In that respect today's government is far more democratic.
@REM19562 жыл бұрын
@@zxbc1 Today, you only need to replace "rich landowners" with "big corporations." We are made to think things are far more democratic. It's just an illusion that the common man has any more say and/or control over our government. The more money you control the more say you have. Sadly, it's just the way of the world.

This series was great, to say the least!! Too bad we can't keep the Republic they tried to create and defend.

It's 2020. Has CNN cancelled our founding fathers yet?

We are on our way to losing this Republic if we do not educate our very own on How and Why it was founded... Education starts at home.
