The Dominican Island reference goes along with the Hindi words preceding it. He says, "Kari bhi hain jaise Dominican Island". Here "Kari bhi hain" is a wordplay which means "I did them", but it is pronounced as "Kari-bee-an" => Carribean And dominican islands are in the Carribean Sea I hope this was helpful :)

"Stand li" in hindi means "took a stand" nd it was intended to sound like "stanley'", and "kubric hu" translates for "he be a kubric". That's Stanley and kubric sound.
