The home has great bones and layout and a killer view, but some of the finishes betray it. As a result, it comes off more as a kitschy beach vacation rental than a luxury home.

House has great bones and some styles are great Eh on the pastel colors So carribean and outdated colors for exterior kinda like the dolphin mailboxes and palm tree on glass doors Its florida time to put the pastels away for me at least This model is a 2 story copy/similar of of single models ive see on youtube lately Pinnacle videos of yellow fin,marlin and kelly sailfish model homes Several are on vrbo to rent Is this a rental? Ive rented in cape coral before on ,,,ate at yacht club been to its local beach // nice area I love cape coral for its water ways straight to gulf
