I bought one it is three weeks old an loosing air, and I can not find it.

Following information I gather from the manufacturer.✔ STRETCH - At first inflation the material will STRETCH, which is sometimes misinterpreted as leaking; You will sense a loss of pressure, that's just the bed stretching, simply re-inflate the bed again; the bed will fully settle within 2-3 nights

Can you do a video on how you fold it and get it into the bag and box? We like keeping them in the box, but with the internal pump, I can't get it folded and back into the original box.
