My new vacum when i Connect the charging cable indicates green light (never red) but when i try into the pool doesn’t work. Any suggestion?

i've gone through 6 of these garbage vacuums in the last 16 months. 2 of them died the very first time i used them, 2 of them lasted 1 full battery charge, another lasted about 2 months before it died, another one the clear plastic cup at the end where the accessories attach kept popping off and everything in the vacuum bag dumped back out into the pool. i keep getting them replaced under warranty but i've called Intex so many times i have their number saved in my contacts. the vacuum is good when it works but don't expect it to last. total junk.
