If you still wanna know what was funny about 18:00 lady, hi from Russia :) She was reporting about the rise of social payments to old people so they could afford summer vocations by themselves. But the amount of payment was ridiculously small, like 20$-30$ transferring to USD. Including a traveling payment, payment for hotels, food, etc. for a 2 week vocation. And they made her tell that it can cover all daily needs. She was laughing couse this amount of money barely can cover a 2 week food supply. Probably, it was like 2003-2008 year news.

Wow! Just like those in power to actually think we should be able to survive on such low funds... and they actually believe their decisions are good one's. Like when got Stimilus checks during thr Pandemic and senate was arguing over which small amount of $ to give us 1 senator I forgot which one goes "can't they make it off $600?" With all earnest and shit. A guy who's making no less than $150K a yr actually probably a million minimum said that. You have to be so far removed from the avg Joe to even ask that let alone believe it, a 1x payment of $600 is supposed to be enough? Even if people had rent that was that low which hardly anyone not in the absolute worst areas do that'd only cover 1 month a rent wtf were they supposed to do about the rest of the bills, groceries, etc? $600 was supposed to be able to be managed to survive on and it should've been fairly easy in his opinion.

18:45-19:55 I remember the story behind what happened there and the station wasn't actually at fault. The guy was doing his forecast shot through his phone via Facebook Live and for some reason his phone accidentally activated the filters but he had no idea the filters were doing that until he was told about it and watched it back later

Whats up, so I am russian, and for anyone wondering what was so funny on that clip with russian girl laughing, here is some context: The girl read the text of the report that since February 1, the amount of cash benefits for the disabled, war veterans, people exposed to radiation, heroes of the Soviet Union and Russia has grown. Also, the set of social services included in the payments has undergone indexation. The amount of cash benefits will be more than 1.5 thousand rubles a month, of which about 900 rubles can be spent on medicines, 137 rubles - for a voucher to a sanatorium for the prevention of diseases, and the remaining amount - for international travel to the place of treatment and back Some more info for context: 1500 rubles = 20,80 US-Dollar 900 rubles = 12,47 US-Dollar 137 rubles = 1,90 US-Dollar The girl just couldn't stop herself from laughing at how ridiculous this shit sounds :/
