Hi, Mel. A few days ago, I saw a lady on TikTok show the best food hack for peaches or anything with a pit. Get yourself a pair of needle nose plier. Open the handles wide and shove them into the middle of the peaches. This allows the pliers to be on both sides of the peach. Then, while holding the peach in your other hand, squeeze the handles as much as you can and while twisting a little, pull the pit out of the peach. All your left with is an in-tact peach with a whole in it that the pit was removed from. It's just amazing. She also did it with cherries as well. Your peach hand pies looked so good, girl, but then everything looked so inviting. Have a great week.

Hey Aunt Mel. Another great video of mouth watering meals. Everything looks and sounds delicious mostly those crab cakes. I love crab, shrimp, scallops, tailipa, lobster, catfish, and a few others. When you don't have bacon grease to season your green beans, go ahead and add the seasoning like you did and then add just a few real bacon bits, the packaged ones they add a lot of flavor. As always everything thing you cook looks wonderful, you remind me of my Sweet Moma the way you cook.I will definitely be trying those cinnamon rolls. PRAYERS

Just saw a video today where you use a new pair of needle nose pliers, put them in the bottom end of the peach, twist and pull the pit out!!

I loved all these recipes tonight Mel. Especially the cinnamon rolls but I'm not going to make them even once because I'm diabetic and I would want them all the time and no no no! I would have added broccoli to the alfredo I seem to not like it with half the stuff in it and not all the stuff or just none of it kind of like I like my coffee it's either all or completely I'm none. Love the dueling skillet that looks like something my son and I could do and I think it would be great great fun for most meals as far as that goes. One of the only things that we disagree about on flavors is cinnamon in peaches and on berries I can't deal with that and I know I can change that easily but I thought it was funny we've been spotted on on all the flavorings on most everything else including the Kroger products we like and don't like. I am moving in the next month or so and unfortunately I am moving outside and Kroger area as far as I can figure so this will be a fun trip for me I will have to learn more about Aldi's Walmart and apparently IGA so this should be an interesting experience. If you don't hear from me for a few weeks don't get worried I haven't given up and I'll be back and catch up it's moving time oh wow,!

We all loved the soup. The noodles soaked up a lot of juice during storage in the refrigerator last night. I put some in a dish, added a dollop of cottage cheese and a layer of Italian blend cheese before heating it up in the microwave. It was just like eating lasagna. Delicious.

I just love fried green tomatoes!! I can never find them though. I live in Southern California so that's probably why, but man, I wish I could get my hands on some! They're SO delicious!!

Another viewer of mine in California commented one time that she couldn't get green tomatoes either. And another sweet subscriber on my channel told her to try frying cucumbers that they taste just like fried green tomatoes. I have been meaning to try it myself but just haven't had the time. Sure thing, I used them both ways, in melted.butter and also just sprinkled onto food as I was cooking too. 👍
