Some of the animals that can be found at the zoo include: koalas, elephants, tigers, polar bears, komodo dragons, red pandas and many more.

My favorite zoo of all time, especially since I used to live there & go there all the time, but have since moved to a different city. Would love to go back there soon one day soon. Thanks for the update!

It’s one of my favorite places too! The hummingbird exhibit wasn’t yet done when we were there neither was the new kids zoo. Now I have a reason to go back!!

One of my childhood dream places to go! I recently visited there last year on my Summer Vacation to California and oh man, that was probably the best experience to a zoo like I’ve never seen before. The Lost Forest, Africa Rocks, and the new Komodo Kingdom and Hummingbird Habitat along with the Bus Tour are probably some of the best parts of the zoo I’ve loved ever since. ^^

At the London Zoo, they had a very similar Spider exhibit. They had these huge spiders and you would walk thru the whole exhibit and they would literally be all around you. I hate spiders but I thought it was really cool how it was presented.

I’d love to see a big endangered species carousel placed inside the San Diego Zoo just like the wildlife carousel that was featured at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and the big and newish endangered species carousel that was recently added at the San Antonio Zoo! The carousel could include lions, tigers, pandas, elephants, gorillas, baboons, jaguars, flamingos, hippos, zebras, giraffes, rhinos, cheetahs, antelopes, kangaroos, grizzly bears, cougars, peccaries, tapirs, penguins, polar bears, reindeer, camels, Komodo dragons, and other animals!

It's very tropical at the SD Zoo. Was a little disappointed overall though. Great video though.

I agree… This zoo needs some expansion with more animal exhibits and a big carousel inside the zoo!

@@fishtaco4170 Too many outdated exhibits like the Asian passage and urban jungle. Still a top 5 us zoo, but it’s vastly overrated

@@fishtaco4170 The Bronx Zoo is 265 acres , Columbus Zoo is 580 acres , the North Carolina Zoo is over 2600 acres 500 acres developed. 100 acre San Diego Zoo isn't very Big by comparison.
