My opinion on The Egyptian's death is that she attempts to stop The Barbarian and The Roman from attacking each other while under the Garden's influence, but is fatally wounded by one of them.

This album is such a masterpiece! Cool to hear you walkthrough it song by song like this. Have you covered Dream Theater’s Scenes from a Memory Part 2 yet? I know it’s an obvious album to talk about, but still would be neat to hear your thoughts on it.

I like the album for sure! Every song is amazing. Thanks for the story, because I never got deep into them.

My crazy theory for this album is that the alternate dimension the characters adventure through is the ruined world of the Alphans that they abandoned in The Source. I don't have anything to back that up except for a bunch of images from Electric Castle being used in lyric videos for songs on The Source, but the more I think on it the more it's a headcanon i'm into.

Just a consideration that popped into my mind while watching this: have you considered how close the plot of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory is to the plot of into the Electric Castle? Willy being Forever of the Stars and the factory being the Electric Castle! :D

I thought Actual Fantasy was the 2nd album in 1996.

very interesting. I love this album but I have never dug deep in the concept. Despite loving the music I find most of the more fantasy based ayreon concepts to be a little cheesy sometimes. I love it however when Arjen talks about human emotions in albums like human equation or theory of everything. You should share these videos with Arjen I'm sure he would like them .

So was the Indian a Native American like your picture or from India? Did the album say Indian? If so, then maybe it was context that made you think Native American? They didn’t talk about Shiva, Vishnu, Krishna or other Indian gods? I can’t remember when using the phrase “Indian” became taboo and we all started saying Native Americans and left “Indians” for people from India. But I was born in 1962 and it was sometime after that. As a child we played cowboys and Indians. The terminology change came at a time when I was old enough to know about India and misnaming the Native Americans because Columbus originally thought they landed in India. The album was 1998 so might be at a time before most people changed terms.
