What is the Ha Giang Loop? The Ha Giang Loop is one of the most famous roads in North Vietnam. Covering more than 400km of mountains, valleys and everything in between, it is best explored using motorbike.
Having done the main Loop whilst backpacking vietnam a few months ago, we wanted to dig deeper and head off the trail to find some hidden gems, parts less explored and unknown by the main tours.
In this episode we headed to a magical cave, only accessible by bamboo raft. The cave is located about 2 hours from a village named Du Gia, and requires some serious driving along broken roads, gravel tracks and through desolate landscapes.
The cave is absolutely stunning and one that should be part of your adventure during the ha Giang loop!
