You can customise the ridger to put a 3 point linkage on the back (cost-$6000). You can put the planter on the back of it. It will save a lot of your time.

As a little insider of FS22, although it says 80% productivity for Hay, on the long run Hay is perfectly fine for cows, the productivity will still be 100% and its much cheaper than TMR...

No, you still get less milk from hay, you get the same amount of slurry and manure though (which arguably matters more)

Yeah for milk cows the output of milk is less with only hay. For Angus cows though hay is sufficient

Watched a Farmer Cop video, and he came to the conclusion that TMR is not economically worth it vs Hay.

For the game purpose it's not an economically sound investment, but for simulation purposes it makes sense

I got very lazy. I buy a small amount of hay then mix with straw. 99% straw counts as forage, which is the same as hay. Very very little work for 80% effectiveness.

You paid 15.500 more for the water tanker for Just 700lieters more i dont get that the joskin water tanker is cheap and easy to steer 👍

I came here to check that someone had mentioned this. The price increase was ridiculous for what is basically a 10% increase in capacity. Especially since the cow trough takes 6000 to fill and the Joskin holds 7300.

look forward to your program every day, but a tip you have an autoload trailer why don't you unload the pallets onto the train instead of putting the truck on the train

What do you want Daggerwin to do next? Autoload the pallets from the Soup Factory? He wants content for his videos and if he autoloads everything that's not going to make a lot of KZfaq content.

Sad everyone kind of argues over a video game. I'm on the autoload bandwagon myself but he did try to do that but the trailer he has doesn't do pallets so that is ultimately the reason why. Both you guys have a great day and enjoy the videos for what they are worth. They are time killers to us but for the man making them it's pretty much his heart and soul. He genuinely tries to pease everyone but we all know that'll never happen.

i think it is a bug on the train. the soop jumps from 24000 to 72000 when he is loaded the truck on the train

That 72000 is including the Truck, because it's strapped too...

I watched a video of a guy crushing the numbers and saying that for milk cows, in the end, hay pay just as much as TMR. I'll tell you what tho, even if it's slightly worse, the amount of work saved on not having to make TMR all the time more than compensates for it.

I think it will be neat if the cows was out on a peace of land you buy and the land is fence in you just buy the trough set on a landed you buy. Instead of buying a inclosed fenced to put on a land. Like to see cows roaming out on a big peace of land. I know one map have that but not big peace of land.

I like this map bit it has one issue, the fields are way to cheap to buy, it wouldn't take long to own the map and that makes it to easy. Only fault with it

Dagger this is an awesome series. I would love to this go to 100 or 150 episodes. I think you should start exploring more of the map. Don't always sell on the train, sell to some different places so we can see them and maybe start expanding productions. This map has so much potential. Thanks as always.

Try driving the lorry to the point where the train leaves the map instead of putting the lorry it on the train

This series is probably over at this point and someone else pointed it out, but you were looking at preserved parsnip not the soup the last couple times you looked to see where the best price was. Driving me up the wall.

i’m so lazy, feeding cows, if you buy hay, put 100l in the mixer, then add all the rest as just straw you get “forage“. And that’s 80%, just as good as hay. I've done TMR but it's the hay that just soaks up so much time. Even mowing to a swath the tedder process for me requires windrowing.

Dagger, I think you should buy a manure pit or at least a slurry pit so you can get something back from your cows as soon as possible.

It does seem to be a lot of "you don't play like i want you to" comments. Mine earlier was just for discussion, but some people seem to have a bit of a mean streak if you don't load something on a trailer a certain way.

there is an auto load that lets you auto load the train from your truck

Just drive the truck to the end of the train line and cross the tracks. It sells your products without the wreckage or the price of the train.
