This video makes me really happy. The combination of movement and nature is just so pretty. Especially when most of the sport is focused on urban settings, it's good to get out of our comfort zones.

Loved the rolling down the hill and cool movements. I would have liked to see some cleaner landings though.

how do you start training your legs and back for running like this? Obviously moving and running but how did you guys get started?

I personally just started vaulting off my porch (we have an upper deck and a lower because of our pool) so I was doing different vaults jumping on the railing and walking on it. And I felt the burn and for 3 days I wanted to cry, because it was my first time and I was around for a few hours, like 6-7 XD
