@@redsky8763 yes I had a pretty bad myself as a child my father was very abusive and my my mother had a lot of nervous breakdowns I sometimes didn't know where my next meal was coming from I had a pretty rough but I always prayed and everything always turn out halfway decent anyway Jehovah Yeshua Yahweh Jesus you're right so many religions are not good because you know the Bible says God's going to destroy Babylon the Great

I recall reading his book "The Source of My Strength" as a 19 year old who just joined the Navy & moved from TX to WA State. I was single & extremely lonely. So depressed I'd take sleeping pills within an hour after getting off so I wouldn't have to feel the sadness. I came across his book & it was the exact type of therapy I needed to walk me through such a dark time. I will forever remember how Jesus comforted, strengthened, & challenged me through Dr. Stanley's Biblical teachings. Never had to wonder if his teachings were Scriptural or something else. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I appreciate Dr Charles Stanley so very much, it was through His Ministry: In Touch that I was literally "Born Again", finest thing that ever happened to me in my entire life. The second thing was the Divine Privilege to take care of my Mama her last years before she was escorted to Heaven. I'll never, ever forget how huge her eyes were as she was seeing Someone ( in the Heavenly Realm) within about an hour before she went Home. I've since learned that at times, not necessarily every time but that the one that is ready to go Home will get a glimpse of Someone, Jesus? an Angel?, a relative?, someone Mighty Special ~ before heading Home. I'll never forget that. I kept looking behind me to see Who she was seeing but of course only she could view the Heavenly Realm at that time which was her time 🩷 Just think, we will get to meet Dr. Stanley when we get to Heaven!!! And P. S. I have that book too, In Touch Ministries sent it to me as a gift to help me to His Peace. It is in me now ✝️

He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. It was interesting that I tried to sleep listening to Mozart or Beethoven. On the nights when I listened to Mozart, I didn't remember dreams in the morning, but on the nights when I listened to Beethoven, I had interesting dreams.

I had a Stroke in December 2019. Depression was daily. Then I gave my Stroke to my LORD. I am healing faster, even my therapists. are surprised. Give your problems to GOD and if it is HIS will he will heal you or help through whatever illness you are dealing with. GOD LOVES YOU.

Beautifully said, that you gave it to the Lord. I had chronic insomnia that gave me depression and anxiety and forced me to drop out of school and quit working. It was terrible. My mom helped me get saved and like you, I gave it all to the lord. It was extremely painful, but worth it. I recently got off Xanax too. I was on it for a year and a half

I have a testimony, the doctors said I wouldn't live when I was born, I wouldn't live one day, but here I am, 14½ years later, I'm still breathing, all thanks to God. As at now, I am writing and reading this without my glasses, before I would get a headache doing this as I have been using glasses my whole life, but it's a miracle.

c0179614 To forgive those who sin against us requires patience and forbearance. The church has the command to “be patient with everyone” (1 Thessalonians 5:14). We should be able to overlook personal slights and minor offenses. Jesus said, “If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also” (Matthew 5:39). Not every “slap in the face” needs a response. To forgive those who sin against us requires the transformational power of God in our lives. There is something deep within fallen human nature that thirsts for revenge and urges retaliation in kind. We naturally want to inflict the same type of injury on the one who injured us-an eye for an eye seems only fair. In Christ, however, we have been given the power to love our enemies, do good to the haters, bless the cursers, and pray for the abusers (see Luke 6:27-28). Jesus gives us a heart that is willing to forgive and will work to that end. Forgiving those who sin against us is made easier when we consider the extent to which God forgives our transgressions. We who have been lavished with grace have no right to withhold grace from others. We have sinned against God infinitely more than any person can sin against us. Jesus’ parable in Matthew 18:23-35 is a powerful illustration of this truth. God promises that, when we come to Him asking for forgiveness, He freely grants it (1 John 1:9). The grace we extend to those who seek our forgiveness should be just as readily available (Luke 17:3-4).

I was just talking to my mom about this as well. One of her fav. Pastors. I've been watching all his sermons. I wasn't even aware that he passed a few months ago. She told me that there's an amazing documentary about him. Maybe youd want to check it out. He is definitely one special human being 🙏

Am a 22 year old young man serving God at our local Church (Christian Church International Wellsprings)in the youth ministry. Its my desire to walk right and serve God with all that he has blessed me with. Am so encouraged to know that one can serve God until he ages. 73 years journey it's not that easy and thanks to your Dr. Charles you have proved it to be possible. I was going through a very difficult time in my marriage when this song came out, and I was feeling distraught, hopeless, and alone. It seemed like every time I got in the car and turned the radio on, this song was playing and tears would steam down my face. It was the perfect reminder to me that no matter what happened, my hope was in Christ alone and He would never let me down. Eventually, God restored my marriage and He continues to be my hope no matter what I have to face in this life.

I need Prayer Please, I am living with someone who is NOT good for me, I have moved into my own bedroom and just acting like a roommate. Believe that He can and He has divinely orchestrated your total healing and freedom. Dr. Charles Stanley is a wonderful pastor. I started watching him many years ago with my dad. Before he passed I made a promise to him that I will continue to follow Dr. Charles Stanley preaching and donate whatever I can for the lord. Trust in the lord with all of your heart and forgive those who hurt you. Leave it up to god and he will make your path straight.

Pastor Charles Stanley has been in my life for many years. I have har help from him financially two times in the 90's through Pastoral Care. I met the Pastor as well. I explained my need and i was not a member of his Church. I was attending World Changes at that time i hae reached out to my church but after a week of waiting i was told i had not tithe enough. Pastor Stanley said that waa not biblical . Pastor Stanley Church paid my rent for my new place as i was days from being evicted and paid for me to have a Uhaul. I will never forget. I think i will start back going to his Church on Sundays as i have visited many times in the past. I love you Pastor Charles Stanley. This man truly is a man of God. I am a witness!

What a truly wonderful sermon. I can & do listen to Dr. Stanley daily I meditate on what he is saying. I can see how much he loves GOD and wants us to love GOD the same way. Truly an ENCOURAGER. Thank you Brother Stanley, for your service to All of Humanity, putting in the work so that my ears can hear. You have been very influential on me. I still am very far away from where I want to be at, but I don’t ever think that I will reach that plateau cause my hunger and desire for the word grows more and more. His love is so awesome that I cry almost daily when I listen to my “grace for purpose” or Lion of Judah. Thank you for being GODs mouthpiece. GOD BLESS YOU

6 years ago I almost died from stage 5 CKD which is chronic kidney disease in the Kalispell hospital and I prayed to my father in heaven to save my life and he answered my prayers 🙏 I have been on dialysis ever since then 3 days a week and 4 hours a day until I can get a kidney transplant sometime in the future.

I am so thankful you all are still showing his teachings after his death. I haven't watched Dr Stanley for 30 years and learnt alot then, he helped me become a Christian. Then over time I have become a looser Christian. I recently decided I had drifted far from the knowledge and closeness of God and up pops Dr Stanley's videos on my feed. Thank you dear God for giving us Dr Stanley and filling him with You to help us

I have been watching Charles Stanley for many years. At 1 time I envied him. Wishing I could have had what he had in God at an early age. I was raised christian. Mom and dad always brought me to church. But my teenage years were not so good. Many bad choices. Now I struggle with that and wondering if he even still has a plan for me. But I still believe and I will keep trying and praying.

Habit 1 : *A LIFE OF PRAYER* It ought to be a habit of ours everyday, where we have the desire, the need and the joy to pray to our heavenly father Habit 2 : *TRUST OR FAITH* lean not to your own understanding, but in all ways submit to God. Ask yourself what you're worrying about, if you're not worrying about anything it means u trust God that he has everything under control. But if there is something you're worrying about, it means you don't trust him in that aspect/area of your life. Remember : a godly life is a life of trust Habit 3 : *MEDITATE ON HIS WORD* fill your mind with God's word instead of what the world has to say. Carry God's words to sleep every night. Habit 4 : *OBEY GOD* what is your biggest threat to your obedience to God? Habit 5 : *DEPENDANCE ON THE HOLY SPIRIT* Ask God to send his holy spirit to you to guide you in all aspects of your life : 'lord, I just want you to fill me with your spirit today.' Habit 6 : *GIVE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE* Be willing to give whatever God has given you, and he will bless you eternally Habit 7 : *FORGIVE AND YOU WILL BE FORGIVEN* Forgive all of those who has sin against you just like how God has forgiven you of your sins
