L'indication c'est souvent des patients instables Plusieurs mécanisme ont été suggérés pour l'intralipid : -L'intrapilip pourrait agir comme un «puits lipidique», entourant une molécule de médicament lipophile et la rendant inefficace. -Les acides gras de l'intralipid fournissent au myocarde une source d'énergie immédiate, améliorant ainsi la fonction cardiaque -Il existe un effet de "navette lipidique" possible dans lequel la toxine est encapsulée puis transportée vers le foie et / ou les reins pour le métabolisme. J'espère que c'est un peu plus clair

Merci Asmaa pour ton commentaire Tu veux dire un antidote spécifique pour les tricalcique ? Souvent le traitement est symptomatique et en fonction de la présence éventuelle d'anomalies à l'ECG N'hésite pas si t'as d'autres questions ;)
