Could you do a video on the evaluation of intoxication please? Such as reforms proposed by the Law Commission etc and the problems of the defence?????

If a defences Q comes up then you have to evaluate two defences and talk about the reform of one. I always teach my lot to evaluate Intoxication and Consent and talk about the reform of intoxication. The biggest evaluation point about consent is the disparity between R v Brown and R v Wilson - too late now to explain further though. Sorry
