Intramuros Old-world Intramuros is home to Spanish-era landmarks like Fort Santiago, with a large stone gate and a shrine to national hero José Rizal. The ornate Manila Cathedral houses bronze carvings and stained glass windows, while the San Agustin Church museum has religious artwork and statues. Spanish colonial furniture and art fill Casa Manila museum, and horse-drawn carriages (kalesa) ply the area’s cobblestone streets.

I remember we used to take LRT going to Manila zoo back in the early 90’s. That time marami na ring tao pero di ganito kacrowded sa LRT .

Mula sa panahon ng L R T, siksikan ang mga pasahero, at noong mga araw ko ay gumagamit ako ng jeep para sa unibersidad at mga kinakailangang bagay para makasakay ng taxi, at ang L R T, sa pagkakaalala ko, tatlong piso.

Good to see a lot of Filipino youth riding the train, most probably going to their schools. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Mapua, Letran are some of the schools inside Intramuros.

We need to renovate the buildings along this train route or at least paint them and add more trains so the commute will be less crowded. I see progress soon.
