ummm. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with using percentages greater than 100%. Whether this makes sense depends entirely on the context; so in the context, he is describing magnitude. As in... Holy Fucking Shit, this guy fucking rocks... Subscribed!

probability is based on a scale of 0-1 so it wouldn't be 1000% it would be 100 or very likely dumbass

Please help me I have had an a full office of people who could not do this what I am about to say. If I had 10 objects who many times different ways could I arrange them in groups of three. Order does not matter. Just everything having a turn to be in a three with everything else? People have said 120 is this corect?
