How well does that 1mm edge stick down with using that spray adhesive? Great idea too thanks heaps

It goes well with the spray adhesive. We have done numerous jobs that have not giving any issues.

rounding over bit (with bearing) with radius 1.5mm - 3.00mm

What is thickness of edgeband is it 2mm or 1mm

Looks like 2mm or 3mm. Definitely not 1mm.

Very nice. I think the flush cutting router could use a spring to assist raising it to the top or maybe a leading roller of a larger diameter.

"A new AFFORDABLE way to make finger pull doors" yeah right. You just need an edge scoring machine, the vacuum table, the edge trimming machine. 3 machines but they say they're made "by hand"! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Absolute bull crap

Hi mate, allow me to clarify. In the woodworking industry in Australia, we can call this method 'by hand' because the edging still needs to be applied by hand, compared to fully-automatic edgebanders like our AU45D where you feed a straight piece and it outputs a bevel edged door 100% automatically.
