Looks great. I'm already an AVFX subscriber. But, I wouldn't switch right now since I would be billed annually. Maybe later.

Hey! We recently decided to discontinue our monthly subscription. Due to our low subscription prices, it was not a sustainable model for us since a number of people would subscribe to download everything they needed at a discount, then cancel. As a result, we had to make necessary adjustments. However, existing subscribers who were on a monthly plan already are not required to upgrade to AVFX+. You are still able to purchase individual assets and collections from our library without joining AVFX+! We also run large sales periodically, including our Black Friday Sale and the Summer Savings Event. AVFX+ is mostly (though not exclusively) used by VFX professionals and studios who regularly purchase our assets and would like year-round savings. Hello @ActionVFX. Your password reset system seems broken. I go to the request password at the loging screen, get the email with link to reset and it goes to a 404 page :( Can you fix this?

This is really awesome! However, I noticed that plans are only billed annually, causing the more sought after vfx files in the most expensive plan to be extremely hard to acquire for new individual film makers like myself. My films are mainly as a hobby, and will unlikely be able to offset or justify the high price tag. Maybe could you bring back the monthly payment options as well? I liked the credit system you had before and had been a subscriber for a few months.

Thanks for the feedback! We're sorry the new subscription offering isn't ideal for you. While we enjoyed having monthly plans initially, a significant number of users subscribed, downloaded their content, canceled right away, and then returned months later to do the same thing. Unfortunately, this approach didn't prove sustainable for ActionVFX. Our subscription prices were set quite low compared to regular store prices, with the expectation that most users would maintain their subscription for an extended period. As a result, we've had to make necessary adjustments. Just to clarify, existing monthly plan subscribers are not obligated to upgrade to AVFX+ unless they choose to.
