Introducing Cloud! The newest member of the Kikopup dog pack. In this video I talk about what we have done training wise in the first week home, after talking about the first week home I then do a training session in real time with him first on following a lure without licking and biting at it using an object to lure the puppy in a circle around and then teaching the behavior "touch" where the puppy touches their nose to your hand.

Over the years, I've really come to appreciate the simplicity of your videos. A lot a trainers seem be caught up in the "wow factor" flashy, overdone videos for the sake of social media and they forget why we all do what we do. Thank you for everything you've shared with us.

Emily, I don't know a trainer,I don't know anyone, who gives so much to so many people and expects nothing for this, I think, really much time taking work. I love when you explain and do the real training session. For me is a value, when I take a lesson from someone and the lesson takes about one or two hours, and I find there only one thing that helps me or inspire me. But you are giving to me and my dogs so many tips, advice and inspiration in few minutes🙂♥️! Thank you so so much!!!

Something I've really loved about all of the intro videos you've done about your past few pack members is how different each of them are. Bliss, Cloud, and Dream have all been wonderful teachers

Cloud is so adorable and lively! I have a soft spot for terrier puppies. So much energy and joy for life. I'm really looking forward to seeing him grow and learn with you. Your puppy training videos have been very helpful with my new rescue Hungarian Mudi even though he is 12 months old already. He has probably grown in a shelter environment so his skills are pretty much at the level of a young puppy.

My little guys are just over a year, and I definitely failed them on training when they were pups. I'm trying to start fresh, knowing there's going to be a lot of now reinforced behaviors to overcome. Your videos are wonderful at providing lots of insight into how I can help them understand what I am asking, as well as reminders to keep patient and move to an easier level if they aren't quite getting it.

Your training is so much fun to watch! I‘m really impressed how you work with your dogs and how much they enjoy it. We are probably getting a puppy in April and I‘m sure we will then watch your videos constantly. Too bad that there is no translation in German🇨🇭😉Happy Sunday🙋‍♀️

He is adorable - can you advise a dog newbie ( I only have one 15 month old pup who was my first ever pet) when to consider getting another pup? I sometimes wonder if my dog is lonely - especially because it rains so much in London we are often indoors. He used to be very pro social but had some unfortunate incidents with other dogs and now is a lot more careful who he interacts with.

I wish I had taught my dogs to respect each other’s space when enjoying a chew. I naively thought it was cute when my dogs would switch chews. One of my dogs likes to hide treats in the yard, and so my other dog would follow her around and dig up any treats she buried. I think this was probably the cause of her becoming very treat and toy possessive around dogs around age 2. Is something like this reversible? Or is it all management from here?

Cloud is such a sweet boy! 💞I have a question: Can you train taking turns if you don't have another dog? My 8-month-old BC pup is starting to resource guard me, treats, and toys when there are other dogs around. She also gets impatient/frustrated/over aroused if I try to pet another dog or my cat.
