Thank you for featuring TOMOYA STUDIO❤ Taka said in an interview about 10 years ago, "I want Tomoya to be a perfect being.'' To that end, Taka said that he required Tomoya not only to have perfect technique, but also to have a sense of groove like foreign artists. He described it as a "singing drummer." It seems to mean "I want the drums to have a groove that feels like singing.🥁 Ten years later, Tomoya's playing has evolved even more than Taka had hoped, and it seems like it's still evolving. We will continue to keep an eye on Tomoya and ONE OK ROCK. I’m looking forward to the next video!!

I have never heard this artist before, but I really enjoyed the vibe and the lyrics are pretty deep, unlike a lot of lyrics in most of the music that's out there nowadays. :) Thanks for sharing!

I just love Tomoya. I defy anyone to watch one of his videos in which he talks without breaking into a smile themself. I enjoyed the conversation between you and your guest in explaining a drummer's perspective on what Tomoya was doing. I love his video where he explained how much he deliberated over how to best achieve the result he wanted.

Hi John. Thanks for this. I've been drawn to Tomoya as a drummer since I started listening to One Ok Rock but I didn't really know why. Chris and you have helped explain it. Back in the dark ages when the Beatles were performing, I used to like Ringo Starr better than the others so I guess it somehow follows. I'll definitely check out Tomoya's studio :)

Been looking through your reaction videos and I haven't noticed any Unleash the Archers. Probably the best song to start with would be "Awakening " the live playthrough. I love your recognition of talent, and believe this a band that would do great a breaking down. Thanks.

I wish you could react to Kavka Shishido, a singer and drummer, and MIYAV who is a guitarist plus Ziyoou-Vachi also known as Queen Bee who are a great band whom you kind of reacted to as they did a song for an anime and you reacted to that but not the group or even the MV they did for that song
