Introducing Solids to your baby can be scary, but with some research and tips, it's a lot easier than you think! We didn't traditionally follow "Baby Led Weaning" completely but we took best practices from the amazing courses from Feeding Littles combining it Raised Real foods & other tips and tricks. Cole is now 1 year old, eating everything we put in front of him, drinking from a cup and eating with a fork! Crazy!!!!

I got a weird sense of comfort in the intro to your videos now. I used to watch your weekly pregnancy updates every week along my pregnancy and it was my favorite part of the week. This is super timely and helpful as my baby is turning 5 months and feeding solids has been consuming my thoughts lately! Thank you!

We were having such a hard time with different textures when my daughter was starting to eat. Unless it was perfectly smooth, she would gag. I was so discouraged and upset by it, but you actually inspired me to press on!! I admired how well Cole ate and how adventurous he was with his food. We followed your journey with Cole learning to eat and I just tried to mimic it 😂 So we kept trying and kept trying and now she eats just like him! She’s so adventurous and she even feeds herself with a spoon 😊 Thank you for sharing with us on IG, because it REALLY DOES help people ❤️

So adorable how he is sharing with you at the end. omg. so cute!! My son is almost 9 months old and he just isn't quite ready to eat solids completely. We've been introducing them since 6 months and trying to do 2-3 meals a day, but he is just tired of eating after a few bites and gets moody and wants out of the highchair. Feeding solids has been a struggle for us, but we still try to do it 2-3 times a day to just get him used to it! He does love puffs and teething crackers though. Hopefully he gets better at it!

I was already contemplating ordering these, but now I really feel like this is the way I want to go. I plan on feeding him a vegan diet, so I would just add some beans and/legumes.

That part where you said all the things that can give you anxiety gave me anxiety lol. My 2 older children grew up on gerber jars of fruit and veggies also i introduced baby cereal at 4 months which i thought was weird when you said people were saying the baby was too young my kids are 11 and 9 so maybe things were different... but ive heard that now the baby food jars have toxins in them i dont know how true that is im pregoo with my third and definitely look into this. I love the way you speak so im really into watching your videos thank you for making them and your baby is super cute!
