i have an 05kodiak 4x4 with irs and i absolutely love her!! nothing stops her and the ride is so plush!! i would recommend a kodiak any day! easy automatic for a beginner but tough as nails for an extreme rider!!

@Roootrocker228 o, i just went on the american yamaha site and it was just grizzlys, but on the canadian site its grizzlys and kodiaks, thats why i was confused. check it out to see what im talking about. thats weird.

Why don't they make a standard transmission? Why not expand the size of the frame, length and width to reduce roll over and increase riding comfort? How about smoother shocks for comfort, especially for us "old" people? Thankyou.

Well here in the US they stopped making kodiaks in 06 and changed the name to grizzly
