I've been playing with these sticks since 2016, and they work great for me.

I do seriously the same but first I write some scores in my bed under my blanket and I don't pass by the kitchen because digestion occupies the blood out from your brain in the stomach (that's what I call the "Shaolin training method", they still do the same with martial art in the first temple today!). The waking up is the part of the day where the mind and body are the more fresh and capable to surpass and focus. The banana is excellent for first morning meal (I recommend after (before is good also because it is very easy and progressive digested: vitamines, minerals, amino acids, fibers, sugar, etc. very complete!) one hour of theory AND (or) one of practice in total silence (except drumming sounds, like here which are lovely sounds for drummers only, unfortunately)). You can add a glass of milk or a yoghurt, an orange or lemon juice and one or two raw egg mixed, if your playing is very muscular (big fast gestures and bass drum double pedal). That's what I do. Drink a lot of pure water, perhaps a cup of coffee or tea or cola (with caffeine and real sugar) to stimulate the neurones and nerves before and sleep a lot. Last but not least advice: don't hit persons, animals or other fragile and sensible objects. (^_-) Have a good day of drumming passion! I play Vic sticks, but i'm not a person who only use one product, and let me tell you, having Mike as an endorser makes me wanna try some Promark sticks, like almost craving them

These sticks have a great feel to them but they chew up like toothpicks pretty quickly.. I prefer 747s over these and even the LA specials as they are half the price and last longer for me ..Still these are great sticks

I don't understand y mike uses a stick upside down for playing(Ik to get power from snare) what I mean is he should use a double butt end stick in he's left hand and a tapered tip stick in his right hand Ex: rock nocker in left and 5b oak in right hand Something like that would make sense #Promarksticks
