I just gotta say. I was so blown away by this announcement, I couldn't even comment the day it came out. Partially because song writing has been a blessing and a curse for me. Can I bare my heart for a moment? I've been praying hard about how God wants to use the worship songs I've written. And there are few if any resources in my area to share them with (I can mix on my own only so much). I sense the Lord leading me to share at least with the local church, and I have. At the same time, it is still very limited in scope and I also struggle with fear of sharing my songs (I'm afraid of a platform, but also that my songs inevitably won't be used). The Church needs more songs written by more worship leaders and song writers (not just the big names) just as your conviction is. I agree. And I want to be part of giving a voice to the Church. I don't know what God's plan is, and I deeply admire your ministry, so I'll be on the look out for what this resource entails. It is not about a platform, it is about blessing the Church with a voice to her Savior.

I am super excited to learn about song writing. I attended the worship initiative training in Jacksonville and I have been really inspired to write a song.
