Hello, we purchased Prima Business tickets for an insanely expensive price and were told we would get wifi access. When on the train, we tried accessing wifi - it asked for our phone number to send a code. We are tourists, we don’t have a phone number to receive codes! Why is there no alternative option to accessing data??? What am I supposed to do for 2 hours train ride without wifi?? How do I get a refund or compensation for this? You are not providing the service you are offering. This is ridiculous!
