My favourite version. Phrasing is excellent. Many people don't know how to play Mozart and many teachers think he was delicate and nice. Far too reserved. This guy was a rockstar. If you read his letters to his sister they are full of crude humor and sex jokes. This guy liked to party and drink and play masterpieces perfectly.

This is so much in line with Ezra Pound's catchy phrase: make it new! How many times have we heard this piece? Mr. Redzic has made it new to my ear through his most subtle display of shifting tonal colors in his phrasing. I had always loved Pepe Romero's version - which emphasizes swift-fingered virtuosity - but now I am hearing Mr. Redzic showcase the musical aspects (he weaves the variations together like a master story teller) in this piece. Mr. Redzic makes the greats sound great in all their greatness. But he also makes a lesser composer like Sor sound great. It's fantastic to hear him tackling these standards and doing what he did with the Ponce 《Sonata Romántica》...making an old piece sound like a new classic. Once again, his musical "rhetoric" not only persuades me but convinces and delights me. I go back and feel like saying to Segovia, Romero, Barrueco and Williams & company, "No, no, fellows! That's good but if you really want to play it great, why don't you sign up for some master classes with Maestro Redzic a young Bosnian master: or is it Serbian? Well I don't remember...sorry...personally I think neither...my hunch is he's from another galaxy. His music...is out of this world! If he had been born in Segovia's time, not only would he have become a household name around the world but Segovia's career would also have been boosted by the fact that "he was one of Redzic's favorite students." Just a little humor for a change here so Segovia followers don't barrage the comment section. You must surely at least all agree that in 2019, Redzic is playing much better than Segovia.

Calling Fernando Sor a minor composer is stupid and denotes a lack of knowledge of what Fernando Sor means for the guitar. The composer Fernando Sor is considered the Beethoven of the guitar, this is due to his virtuosity and quality as a composer, as a musician, in fact he made scores and many musicians could not play them, and he hated making easy pieces.

Wow. A beautiful version, musical and at reasonable tempo, not rushed like most guitar players do. Most guitar players destroy this piece by showing off how fast they can play it and forgetting about the music.

I really liked your Bach Chacon! Best I have heard. This one had a different flavor than what I was expecting. It may be the guitar ? I was expecting a bit more Spanish flavor- vibrato on certain parts, yet on other parts your style was smooth as silk and very clean and elegant. I will want to listen to this a few times more. Keep up the hard work!
