They do need to get more content like that in here, I also expected more games to be with completely dark levels from power outages but in the time it has released it barely comes up.

@@Las3rBoy It can be especially when the lasgun is the only weapon with a flashlight, be nice to have all other weapons with similar attachments or at least the option to modify them.

Now that would be a great game. A horde of something behind you, the character, and you have to stay ahead of it. Any mistakes means it catches up and you are one more step closer to the madness. But, with quick feet and fast thinking, you can slow it down if the right and best methods are done.

@@AMACSCAMA That depends on when she began receiving juvenant treatment. It does after all not reverse the aging process, but merely slows it. Which is why some really old Inquisitors who began treatments at an early age look much younger than younger inquisitors who only bothered with the treatments late into what would've been their natural lifespans.

Brahms is actually not the inquisitor. She just owns the ship and is rather annoyed with the inquisition running around.

I suspect it may be a frigate, unknown type as there are a multitude but it’s the perfect ship size for an inquisitorial strike force. Similar to how a destroyer or submarine would be used today for special forces strike units but scaled up to 40k standards.

It's a Sword class escort ship. You can use it in the Battle fleet Gothic games. You can tell by it's twin Engine and nose style. Looks like it has been retro fitted with a hanger bays and torps.

Agreed, more content is needed badly and asap or the majority of the player base will vanish. It is still surprising they didn’t learn these lessons from the vermintide series.

Sure the game does have to improve, but more on its gameplay mechanics and replayability. If you blame the game for beeing a L4D like that's that you completelly missed the point of the game genre Fatshark are working on. Forget the open world massive battles, it will never happen. (on this IP at least) I think Space Marine 2 is more in the vein of what you are looking for.

i dont think itd make sense for the disposable ex prisoners you play in the game to be up to strength with tyranids, most orcs, or even half a space marine

Would really suck if we are in the same spot content wise a year after the game released…

They’re currently busy with getting console ports ready to go. So don’t expect a lot of content drops until after that happens

Sadly it’s hard to disagree, the lessons from vermintide 2 seem to have been forgotten. Just frustrating if anything how this game has so much potential and many amazing qualities just to be ruined because of a lack of polishing and content.

@@AMACSCAMA Exactly, this is what upsets me about Darktide. Fatshark had a ready-made recipe for success. Instead the only thing that was 100% ready on launch was the cash shop.

imo the problem is its just got a genricy modern movement system that encourages running around like a headless chicken. It's hard to get immersed in the world when you're running past it at mach 1, and engagements are less tense when you have enough health that you can risk taking fire. That said, it gets too much hate for being a £30 game. If it was full price sure, but at that level im kinda ok getting less gameplay out of it

I would disagree that it was complete crap, however it fell far short of what was promised. It has all the bones of a fantastic game, gameplay, weaponry, dialogue, music, locations it has it all. I am a bit biased because it’s Warhammer 40k but they need to give us more content asap.

problem, its a bit TOO massive. there is SO MUCH, that making a story would be quite difficult for a series. but, if done right. it would be a masterpiece.

@@halfknight2310 just take one story happening in one city just make up a character or go completely off lore off story and do your own little thing (oooo the 40k nerds would be pissed) either way it would be a thrilling watch

@@MonkeySlaveKiller agreed. maybe a story of an inquistor exploring a hivecity. encounter the gangs of necromuna. or, maybe follow the rouge trader book story route. we follow a rouge trader, who seeks to study different races across the galaxy. meaning we get to explore the whole galaxy and a lot of lore. and since rouge traders mostly do what they want. it would technically be lore accurate.

I just want to see a simple series on either an Astartes Chapter or an Astra Militarum regiment fighting the nightmares of the galaxy. Richard Boylan and Syama Pedersen has given us a glimpse of the glories to be had with this not just with their animation styles but also how they portrayed the chartacters and universe.

@@AMACSCAMA yeah. just a chapter exploring something (like, we could have a series based on the game space hulk, where the space marines are working to clear out a hulk and trying to remove the geneseed from the tyranids. while yes that's the plot of the game. it could maybe be more emotional in series form). or maybe we could have an unknown chapter. who got lost in the warp. and we follow their journey.
