Just found out the charger does not have battery to provide 3 days/cycles for charging like Oticon’s smart charger. This one must be always plugged in… please put out a updated version with battery’s!!!

Why is hands free only available with iPhone and not android? Is it an android problem or a hearing aid problem? I have noticed that this is the same for all manufacturers not just resound

Are these available in middle east and India.......... And when are you going to release a updated version of these, with case having charging capabilities.... Because I have heard that the present case can only charge these hearing aids, when they are connected to external source of power.......

does the custom hearing aid prevent the occlusion effect

Hi Dan. Thank you for reaching out to us. We checked with one of our staff experts… she said that while the device itself can’t preventing occlusion - it is still a physical thing plugging your ear up so that in and of itself will cause occlusion - we mitigate that effect using venting, and the appropriate gain settings to reduce occlusion. If someone has told you in the past that a custom hearing aid would not be a good hearing aid for you (probably because you have normal low frequencies) then occlusion would still apply and these would still not be a good product for you. Yes, the hearing aid help reduce the occlusion effect, but only to a certain degree when lows are good. I will not be recommending this to my patient with good low frequency hearing, if that helps.

I am a veteran with service connected hearing disability of 80% I have the enzo2 it is getting more and more difficult to hear I need a more custom pair of hearing aids so how do I go by getting these through VA.

The Enzo2 has more power availability than these custom aids. They would work against you and not for you if you need more power. The Enzo2 is one of the most power aids on the market. When was your last audio? If its been over a year you should see your VA audiologist for a new evaluation nd hearing aid adjustment.

Not a for sale product on your customer facing site they are not listed, only last years old model not the new ones in this video Called most local AUD’s and also not available, told the programming software don’t list a “CUSTOM” model… yep vapor ware!!! what is the real release date??? That Local AUD’s can order and view spec’s?

You push the right button for volume up and the left button for volume down and can use the app for the rest.
