How does the restrictive covenants affect leaseholders on benefitting and burdened land? Can it be applied to the right of quiet enjoyment of premises in a lease? Our LH owns our’s and am adjacent plot of leasehold land that is causing a disturbance by children playing on it. Do the leases inherit the burden even if not explicitly in the lease?
