There are numerous sources available on-line where you can get free templates. I would suggest you to choose after believing that it will help in your industry. If, I share my personal experience then you will surprize to know that I prepare template myself for my project. I was also use to of free templates but after reading a good book here www.amazon.com/dp/B00JVSY2JC, I just not only learn the importance of self creating templates but also learn the procedure to make them.

A decent video BUT contains exaggeration. For example, the certification process does NOT really test knowledge. It only tests the ability of the person taking the exam to have absorbed the PMBOK, and the material covered by PMI. To test knowledge, PMI needs to have more case studies, more practical scenarios and more leadership tests and emphasis. This is something that PMI has unfortunately failed to do over the 50 years of its existence. That is why, even though there have been Project Mgmt standards since 1960's, projects failures are STILL high and many organizations report more failed projects than before. YES, with project mgmt, less failure are likely to happen. But, with the ignorance of the many organizations' executives to understand project mgmt, support their project managers, and continuing to make decisions for the project before even assigning a project manager, projects will continue to FAIL. This is why its as equally (and in my opinion even more important) to train the executives and functional managers (who lend their resources to the projects) on the basics of Project Mgmt, and on how the executives can work with the project managers to make projects more successful, as well as, how organizations can choose projects for ultimate success. If you want to know how to do so and want some help, contact me. I will be more than happy to help.
