Introduction to Process Flow Charts (Lean Six Sigma)

If you are interested in a free Lean Six Sigma certification (the "White Belt") head on over to www.sixsigmasociety.org/ ... Before we can improve a process, we need to first understand it. Process flow charts help us with that understanding. They show the sequence of process steps. Here are some common symbols that we could use on our process map:
- Rectangle - activity
- Diamond - decision
- Ellipse - start/end
- Arrow - directional flow
- Circle - connector (on-page)
- Pentagon - connector (off-page)
- Rectangle with Curved Bottom - a document
- Rectangle with Interior Vertical Lines - a predefined process

I love it, simple and easy to understand. I'm trying to figure out where we should take notes about the process issues like bottlenecks, money waste, bad tool/app and more. I need to improve business processes of a company and I want to create a detailed report about their current state and what they can do to improve it

Example you had not enough space for your paper(on page), then you’ll going to continue it on another page (off page). And it written with one alphabet for that. (Ex. A,A) Sorry for my english man.
